At damonwilliamson.com, every order is prepared with care and shipped promptly. We are committed to providing transparent, reliable delivery information so you always know what to expect.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States only. Orders placed with international addresses cannot be processed.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–9 business days.
- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Order to Doorstep): 8–11 business days.
Shipping Costs
- We charge a flat rate of delivery for all orders at $5.99 USD.
- Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Carriers
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order will be selected based on destination and service availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress of your shipment.
Delays and Service Disruptions
While most orders are delivered within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather events
- High seasonal order volumes
- Circumstances outside our control
If we become aware of a significant delay, our team will notify you as soon as possible.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Damon Williamson is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
