Refund policy
At Damon Williamson, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. We want you to be confident in your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns requested after 21 days, or items not meeting these conditions, cannot be accepted.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@damonwilliamson.com with your order number.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the return label is the customers responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as Damon Williamson is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
- There are no restocking costs
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day.
Please note: Your bank / card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to process the refund. If more than 8 business days have passed since your refund was approved, then please contact us at support@damonwilliamson.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new one.
